3 People Arrested at BART Stations

Three people were arrested at BART stations in the Bay Area on Saturday and Sunday. James Jeremiah Starnes, a 41-year-old man from Stockton, was arrested for an outstanding warrant at the Powell Street station in San Francisco at 9:19 p.m. on Saturday. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail.

BART police responded to a report that Daniel Luckadue, a 28-year-old Oakland resident, had jumped onto tracks and was screaming and yelling on the platform at MacArthur Station at 1:55 p.m. on Saturday. He allegedly became combative when police arrived, and was arrested for resisting arrest.

Sarah Mary Alice Williams, a 28-year-old woman from Oakland, was arrested for two outstanding warrants at 12:38 a.m. on Sunday in MacArthur Station. She was booked in the Santa Rita Jail.
