Sheriff’s deputies arrested a person Thursday suspected of running a prostitution business out of a Millbrae home. At 3:15 p.m., deputies conducted an anti-human trafficking operation and search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Pine Street, according to sheriff’s officials. Detectives executed the search warrant at the home and seized a number of items that showed the home was being used as a house of prostitution, sheriff’s officials said. Deputies arrested the home’s sole occupant, Kamonrat Sun on suspicion of prostitution. The operation was a result of several weeks of surveillance and a series of investigations, in which detectives were able to connect the home’s resident to acts of prostitution, according to sheriff’s officials.
