  • Monte is my nephew, and he was a hardworking young man that loved his fiancé Alima and his children, I wish my nephew was still here, it hurts everyday that this happened to him. he was the least deserving of this. everyone loved Monte very much.

  • My heart ache with grief over this since less killing, My heart goes out to his family. Monte volunteered at Kirkwood Head start during my the time I was the Center Director. Monte was always available to help at the center. I will miss his pleasant smile and his gentle approach and the love he showed for his children and Alima, the mother of Monte’s 3 children. Alima God will give you strength you need to survive this tragedy. I will keep you in my prays as you proceed in life, being the strong loving person I have always know.

Love Mama Jo (Joanne Hubbard, Ex-Center Director for Kirkwood Head Start program)
