Conroe police released video of a shooting involving a Conroe, Texas police Sgt. James Kelemen who responded to a call at Flower’s Baking Co. on a man was threatening an employee with a shotgun. During the confrontation, Kelemen was shot in the face by James Richard Hill. Responding officers returned fire killing Hill. Sgt. Kelemen lost his right eye from the shotgun blast.
