A human skull belonging to High Risk Child Molester Kevin Patrick Stoeser was found by a dog in Austin, Texas. It is unclear how Stoesser died and the remainder of his body has not been found.
The United States Marshals Service reports that Stoeser had escaped from the Austin Transitional Center, a residential reentry center in Del Valle, Texas. He was serving the remainder of a 156-month sentence for four counts of child sexual assault and one count of possession of child pornography. (story continued below video)

He had committed numerous known crimes involving sexual assault against at least five known minors. His behavior was considered predatory and suggests an underlying motivational pathway that was unlikely to change.
“Stoeser was a malicious individual who abused innocent children on multiple occasions. His escape had represented a threat to public safety,” said U.S. Marshals Service Director Stacia A. Hylton.
In short, Mr. Stoeser was sexually dangerous and poses a significant risk to the community. Stoeser was dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 2003 after pleading guilty to the above mentioned charges.
