Carlos Cervantes is Wanted for Alleged Double Homicide in Oakland

UPDATE: He has been arrested.

The Oakland Police Department is seeking Carlos Cervantes on a warrant charging with a double murder.  During August 2001, Cervantes allegedly shot two male victims in the head in Oakland, California.

Both victims died and the subject is wanted for a double homicide. The subject is believed to be in California working on cars and installing stereos.
