Columbia County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia is warning women to please be aware of this man! Deputies report that his name is Joey William Leapart. He is allegedly a registered Sex Offender in South Carolina.

He allegedly approaches women in businesses and parking lots in the Martinez and Evans areas asking for money. Once he makes contact, he asks the women if he can kiss their feet, with the intention of sucking on their toes.
