Four men suspected of shooting and killing a 16-year-old girl in Fairfield earlier this month were arrested today, according to police.

Naomy Rojas was found dead at 4:16 a.m. on Feb. 16 between a fence on the south end of an apartment complex at 1427 Phoenix Drive and the railroad tracks there, police said.

Police believe that Rojas was with another person who was the intended target of the shooting.

The four suspects arrested today were identified by police as Jovon Granado, 24, Robert Dishman, 21, Eric Rico, 19, and Jesus Rodriguez , 22. All four are residents of Fairfield.

They were booked into Solano County jail on suspicion of murder and criminal conspiracy early this morning, police said.

Granado and Rico had already been in custody since Feb. 26 for weapon and drug offenses, and Granado is a convicted felon who was on parole, according to police.

Rico and Rodriguez are allegedly Sureno gang members, police said. All four suspects have had prior run-ins with the law.
