Man Exposes Himself to Women While Holding Slice of Swiss Cheese Caught on Tape

Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man that allegedly exposes his penis to women while holding a slice of Swiss cheese. He is seated in a car and allegedly tells the victims that he likes to masturbate with cheese and solicites them to masturbate him with the cheese.
