The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects in these photos. Detectives report that on January 4th, 2014, this suspect and his friends allegedly robbed a 68 year old woman outside the Safeway store on Morrissey Blvd.

The suspect allegedly pushed the woman and stole her purse. He then fled to a car driven by his accomplices waiting near the store.

The getaway car is described as a red small car similar to a Honda Accord or Civic. The car had large white letters on the back window spelling “INDOW TINT”….that’s not a type-o. It’s like “window” without the “w”.

The photos were taken from the video at the Safeway store.

The primary suspect is described as Hispanic Male – late teens, early twenties, red hoodie sweatshirt with some kind of white logo – jeans. He was in the company of these two.

The two accomplices are also described as Hispanic males – late teens, early twenties.
