Two women were arrested and a third is under investigation for burglaries at vacation rental homes and expensive homes for sale in northern Sonoma County, a sheriff’s sergeant said. Televisions, furniture, dishes and bedding were stolen during the burglaries since Nov. 13, Sgt. Michael Raasch said. The residential burglaries occurred in the 1100 block of Wikiup Drive in Santa Rosa on Nov. 13, the 10500 block of Chalk Hill Road in Windsor between Dec. 9-14, and on Dec. 16 in the 900 block of Chiquita Road in Healdsburg, Raasch said.

Detectives received a tip that Jasmine Marie Roper, 38, of Santa Rosa, Ronni Roxann Stout, 23, of Santa Rosa and Sarah Tarango, 38, of Petaluma were involved in the burglaries, Raasch said. Roper had three, no bail, outstanding warrants for her arrest for trespassing, burglary, possession of a forged check and being under the influence of drugs, Raasch said. She was arrested at her home Wednesday on the warrants, and during an interview at the sheriff’s office, Roper admitted committing the three burglaries, Raasch said. She was booked in the Sonoma County jail under no bail for burglary, conspiracy and the warrants.

Stout was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and suspected methamphetamine when she was arrested at her home Thursday for an outstanding arrest warrant, Raasch said. She was booked in the county jail for burglary, conspiracy, possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe and on the warrant, Raasch said. At Tarango’s Petaluma home, detectives found a white van containing property stolen from two of the residential burglaries, Raasch said. There was damage on the van consistent with damage to a fence at the residential burglary on Wikiup Drive, Raasch said.

The van was taken into evidence, and the case against her will be referred to the district attorney’s office for filing a complaint, Raasch said. Patrick James Barsky, 30, of Sebastopol, was arrested after he did not stop for a vehicle code violation when he left Stout’s Santa Rosa home Thursday afternoon, Raasch said. Detectives pursued Barsky’s silver Acura Legend through a residential neighborhood to a driveway in the 2100 block of Gardner Avenue in Santa Rosa. Barsky was arrested for possession of an ounce of methamphetamine, evading police, driving on a suspended license, possession and sales of methamphetamine and on a warrant for disobeying a court order. He was booked under no bail in the county jail.
