Disabled Man Beaten, Robbed and Tasered Caught on Tape-Watch Video Here

Houma police in Louisiana are asking for the public’s help in identifying the men in this video. Houma Police Chief Duplantis reports that on November 25, 2013, the victim was walking home when two men got out of their car and began brutally beating him. They robbed him of his cell phone and wallet and stunned him with a taser and it was recorded from a neighbors surveillance camera. WARNING THE VIDEO IS DISTURBING.
