* One Killed, Three Injured In Two Oakland Shootings

One person has been killed and three other injured in Oakland this afternoon in two shootings, police said today. The first shooting occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of Mandela Parkway, according to Officer J. Moore. Two people were injured, one critically, and both were taken to a hospital for treatment. One remains in critical condition, the other is stable. The second shooting occurred around 5:40 p.m. on the 900 block of 18th Street.

Two male victims with gunshot wounds were brought in separate vehicles to a local hospital for treatment. One of the victims is now deceased, while the second is in stable condition, Moore said. There is no suspect information available in either shooting, Moore said.
