A man suffered life-threatening injuries when he was shot multiple times in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood late Wednesday night, police said. The shooting was reported at about 11:15 p.m. near the intersection of Third Street and Newcomb Avenue. Officers arrived to find a 25-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen, according to police.
He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries. A white, four-door Chevrolet Malibu was seen leaving the scene but no arrests have been made and a description of the shooter was not immediately available, police said.
