Police arrested a massage practitioner Friday after conducting an undercover operation at a Scotts Valley spa, where patrons reported lewd acts were performed in exchange for money. The investigation resulted in a search warrant of Shiatsu Spa, located at 4807 Scotts Valley Drive, which was served after an undercover officer was propositioned for a lewd act for money, police said. Scotts Valley native Qiuying Zhang, 62, was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on two counts of prostitution. Police said that no patrons were present at the time the search warrant was served.
