* Concord teens wearing skeleton arrested on suspicion of burglarizing

Two teenage boys wearing skeleton masks were arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a car in Concord late Wednesday night, a police corporal said today.The burglary was reported at 11:34 p.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Tapestry Lane, Concord police Cpl. James Carroll said.Officers arrived and saw the two suspects fleeing from the car in dark clothing and the skeleton masks. One was arrested immediately while the other was taken into custody a short distance away, Carroll said. All property in the car was recovered by police, he said.The suspects, ages 14 and 15, were arrested on suspicion of burglary.Their names are not being released because they are juveniles.
