I was once a security guard who operated under this policy “observe and report” for national security company ( Wackenhut G4S ). I was fired for saving two lives that could have lead to 2 potential homicides by stopping a bar fight with 15 individuals by using pepper spray, calling 911, being asked by employees to assist, all captured on video.
As a veteran and former law enforcement I took an oath to defend those who could not defend themselves as they were unconscious and bleeding while each was being beat.
