Police are trying to identify as many as five suspects believed responsible for robbing a group of teenagers at gunpoint in Pleasanton Tuesday evening. Officers responded to a call reporting an armed robbery on Vine Street near Wildflower Lane at around 7:35 p.m., according to Pleasanton police. Three teenagers had been walking on the sidewalk when four or five men dressed in all-black clothing approached them and demanded they hand over various pieces of property, police said. One of the suspects pulled out a handgun and aimed it at the teens. The victims complied, and the suspects got into a dark-colored four door sedan and fled. They were last seen driving away on Mavis Drive toward Vineyard Avenue. One of the teens suffered an injured jaw when he was punched by one of the robbers, police said.
