* Richmond Police Arrest Two for Allegedly Stabbing a Husband and Wife

A husband and wife who were both stabbed in Richmond early today remain in the hospital this morning, a lieutenant said.  At 2:37 a.m., the Richmond Police Department received a report of an assault at 2230 Barrett Ave., Lt. Manjit Sappal said. Arriving officers found a 24-year-old man who had been stabbed in the neck and a 20-year-old woman who was stabbed in the arm, he said.  Police obtained a description of the suspect vehicle and located two people who were identified as being involved in the stabbings. They were arrested and remain custody this morning, according to Sappal.  Investigators are following up on the incident.
