A man in possession of Santa Rosa Councilwoman Veronica Jacobi’s credit card was arrested tonight after Jacobi had been robbed Saturday while riding her bike, according to the Police Department. Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Windsor resident Filiberto Carrillo, 35, after they stopped him for a traffic violation and found her credit card, police said. Carrillo was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property.  Around 9 p.m., Jacobi was approached by two males near West Sixth and Pierson streets who asked for her money, police said. When she declined, one of them pushed her and caused her to fall off the bike. They allegedly took several of her personal items. She was able to get away and call police.  She was treated for minor injuries and released from a local hospital, police said.
