Disabled Person and Child Robbed at Gunpoint in Phoenix

Phoenix police report that on Friday, November 21st, 2014 at around 1:00 p.m. a 54 year old victim had just filled his prescriptions at the Walgreens in the are of 3300 E. Cambridge Av. with his 5 year old daughter.

The victim was pulling into his driveway on his motorized wheelchair/scooter when the suspect came up from behind and pointed a gun at his head demanding property.

The suspect then pointed the gun at the daughter’s face, threatening to shoot the child if his demands were not met.

The suspect grabbed the victim’s bag of prescription drugs and fled in what may have been a 2000 Ford Taurus, possibly white or silver, with faded/oxidized paint which was being driven by a 25-30 year old male.
