Idaho prosecutor issued an arrest warrant for a 9-year-old boy who failed to show up in court. It was alleged he stole a pack of gum and that he failed to show up to court. prosecutor Barry McHugh would not give much info because he said suspect is under 18. The child is currently in the Juvenile Detention Center.

  • This is really just to much , he is 9 years old! 9 year olds should not be in juvenile hall and I would think because he is only 9 if anyone had to be locked up because he did not go to court it should be one of the parents it’s not like he is in control of his life or that he can drive take the bus by himself he probably can’t or shouldn’t do any of that. Every child steals something at some time during their childhood if I was a cop I would have refused to arrest him God only knows what’s happening to him now!
