Police are looking for a suspect in a robbery that took place at a McDonald’s restaurant in Pacifica Friday night, police have announced.

Police responded to the restaurant at 576 Linda Mar Blvd. in the Linda Mar Shopping Center at about 11:30 p.m. after a report of an armed robbery, police said.

The suspect took an unknown amount of money from the safe after brandishing a firearm at employees, according to police. The suspect entered through the drive-up window and fled on foot, police said.

Police are describing the suspect as a 6-foot tall, 20-year-old dark skinned man with a husky build. He was wearing a gray hooded jacket, gray pants and a black mask, according to police.
