San Ramon police said they arrested a man this morning after a search of a home uncovered evidence of a marijuana growing and hash oil extraction operation.
Police conducted a probation search at the home on Henry Lane and uncovered evidence including a pressurized canister of butane.
Officers vacated the home once the canister was discovered and called the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District and Contra Costa County hazardous materials officials to remove it, police said.
San Ramon resident Ahmad Wais Sulaiman, 31, was arrested on suspicion of felony cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, manufacturing and a probation violation. He was booked into county jail without bail.
