A woman says she was robbed of her cell phone in the Upper Kirby area of Houston but she was able to quickly track the phone to a nearby Starbucks. She says she found the suspect allegedly holding her phone trying to sell it. She the grabbed the phone and began yelling, someone call the police.

The victim alleges that no one helped her and the barista asked her to leave. Needless to say the suspected robber ran away and escaped a second time. (story continued below video)

A Starbucks representative said an employee at the store called authorities and said employee and customer safety is their top concern.
