A group of male suspects are wanted in connection with three armed robberies in San Francisco’s Excelsior neighborhood on Friday night, police said.

The first armed robbery occurred at about 8:20 p.m. on Friday when four male suspects approached a 54-year-old man near the intersection of Moscow Street and France Avenue near Crocker Amazon Playground, police said.

The suspects, described as men in their 20s armed with handguns, approached the victim and demanded he give them his personal belongings.

The victim complied and the suspects made off with his wallet, cellphone, California identification card, and cash, police said.

Police said all the suspects were gone by the time police arrived at the scene.

About 35 minutes later, five male suspects, all described as being in their 20s, conducted two more robberies about a mile away, police said.

The robberies were reported at the intersection of Peru Avenue and Madrid Street, about two blocks from the heavily trafficked intersection of Silver Avenue and Mission Street.

The five suspects approached a 57-year-old woman. One of the suspects simulated that he had a handgun under his jacket and ordered the woman to give them her personal belongings, police said.

Police said the woman complied and gave them her bag, along with cash, a cellphone, a transportation card, her identification card and keys.

The five men also robbed a 52-year-old man at the intersection, police said.

The five suspects approached the man and brandished a handgun and a revolver at him while demanding his property.

The man complied and the suspects made off with the man’s wallet, cash, cellphone and credit cards before police arrived.

Officers did not say whether the two victims were acquainted.

None of the victims in the robberies were injured and none of the suspects have been identified or arrested, according to police.
