UPDATE: Napier was arrested after a tipster recognized him on the Fugitive Watch web site.

The FBI and local law enforcement authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Johnny Benjamin Napier, who is wanted for allegedly molesting several young girls across the United States. While living in Comanche, Texas, Napier allegedly molested a young girl in his neighborhood. On approximately June 17, 2010, the Comanche Police Department in Comanche County, Texas, obtained a state arrest warrant for Johnny Benjamin Napier for the offense of indecency with a child by contact.

After being charged with this crime, Napier left town. On April 4, 2011, a state arrest warrant was issued by the District Court of Comanche County, Texas, for failure to appear on the previous charges of indecency with a child by contact. On August 2, 2011, another state arrest warrant was issued by the District Court of Comanche County, Texas, for judgment nisi – failure to appear.

Finally, on October 27, 2011, a state arrest warrant was issued by the District Court of Comanche County, Texas, after Napier jumped bail. It is also alleged that Napier, while living in Baker, Montana, from May 1, 2011 to August 20, 2013, under the fake identity of Sean Denning, repeatedly molested a young child. After learning of an investigation into these crimes, Napier left town, leaving all of his possessions at his residence. He was seen in Miles City, Montana, on August 20, 2013, and has not been seen since.

On approximately August 21, 2013, the Baker Police Department obtained a state arrest warrant for the unknown subject who used the name Sean Denning. After identifying the subject as Napier, the Montana Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Fallon County, Montana, issued a new state arrest warrant based on Napier’s charges of two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Napier on April 29, 2014, in the United States District Court for the District of Montana, Billings, Montana, after Napier was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Additionally, Napier is alleged to have molested other young female children. Johnny Napier has stated that the tattoos of “Virginia” and “Kristi” refer to the name of his wife and 14-year-old daughter who were killed by a drunk driver in 1992.

He enjoys model airplanes and likes to repair bicycles. Napier has been described as a “snappy” dresser, and many of his shirts were Seattle, Washington, tourist shirts. He is obsessed with gold jewelry, and wears three gold rings on his fingers. Napier has reported being from Chicago, Illinois, and indicated he had lived in San Francisco, California. He has spoken about Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington state.

He may have a southern accent. It is reported that Napier likes to travel by bus, and he claims he is independently wealthy from selling three garages that repaired cars in Chicago, Illinois. Napier seems to seek out young mothers who are having financial hardships and also have young female children.
