A 35-year-old Santa Rosa man was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a Petaluma home last month, police said today. Paul Yenktesh was identified as the suspect in a burglary at Country Club Estates that occurred on Sept. 25, according to police. The victim in the burglary told police he had maintenance work done at his home that day and later learned his iPad was missing, police said.

On Sept. 27, the victim reported to police of the theft likely committed by the person who was doing maintenance work at his home two days before. Investigators looked into the worker, later identified as Yenktesh, and contacted him at a motel on Mendocino Avenue in Santa Rosa, police said. Officers found Yenktesh at the motel and found the iPad in a room there, according to police. The iPad was returned to the victim, police said. Yenktesh was arrested and booked into Sonoma County Jail, according to police.
