Sunnyvale Man Arrested in Mt. View for Narcotic Violations

A Sunnyvale man was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics in Mountain View on Tuesday, police said. Officers received a call from a resident who reportedly saw a suspicious person in the area of Cuernavaca Circulo on Tuesday, police said.

Arriving officers went to the area and saw a man, identified as Mohammed Kahn, who matched the resident’s description, according to police. Kahn was arrested without incident and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
