The Philadelphia Police Department is looking to identify and locate the suspect wanted for a robbery in Elmwood. (continued below video)

According to detectives, on September 17, 2014, at 9:09 pm, an employee, a 19 year-old female, of of a BP gas Station located at 6600 Essington Avenue was working as the cashier behind the counter when an unknown white male wearing a brown scarf across his face walked into the station pointing a handgun at the employee demanding money.

After placing $100 dollars from the cash register into a black plastic bag, he fled the station entering an unknown vehicle and was last seen north on Essington Avenue. There were no injuries report during this incident. Suspect Description: White male, bald, 6’3″, 200-220, wearing a dark blue visor with writing on it, brown scarf covering his face, black zip-up hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, and black Adidas sneakers.
