Mark Rivera An Illinois high school student was suspended for standing up to a bully. The school said he was wrong his family and fellow students said he did the right thing. His father said he should get a medal for his actions. Mark Rivera says the bullied student is no longer being picked on.

  • We spend millions on anti-bullying campaigns and, then, when one brave kid actually stands up for someone weaker he gets suspended? Adults in this country need to stop being hypocrites and stop sending mixed messages to it’s children. No wonder kids in this country are so mixed up.
