K9 Capo is top dog this week after capturing 25-year-old Calvin Aubin Jr. on August 22.

On August 22, when Aubin led police on a chase after assaulting a woman, it was found he was already out on bond from a previous arrest.

In October 2013 Aubin was involved in a fight that led to a vehicle pursuit with officers in a residential neighborhood that resulted in him crashing his car. He then fled the area on foot and pointed his gun at the officer in pursuit, before being apprehended. Aubins initial plea agreement was a drop of a second aggravated assault and battery charge and a recommended sentence of four to six years in prison that would be suspended for five years of probation.

But, thanks to K9 Capo, Aubin was booked on new charges of kidnapping, false imprisonment, burglary, domestic battery, strangulation of a household member and eluding law enforcement.

Great job K9 Capo!
