Armed Robbery of Grocery Store Caught on Camera-Mobile, Alabama Police Release Video

Mobile Police are looking for two men who robbed the Quick Stop Grocery on South Florida Street Monday, August 18. In the surveillance video you can hear one of the suspects demanding money while waving a gun around. (continued below video)

“Imagine someone holding a gun on your head and telling you to give them the money. It is pretty scary,” said the owner of the store, Gulam Ali. “We only lost like $200 or $300 dollars but they could have shot him.”

Mobile police identified one of the suspects as Archie Petite. Detectives said Petite has warrants out for Domestic Violence 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd in addition to the robbery.

Police have not released the identity of the second suspect.
