Mill Valley police are investigating a domestic violence incident between a man and his wife at a Vasco Court residence Monday.

Gerrado Bunag Agregado, 58, of Mill Valley, went to the residence where his wife was babysitting, Sgt. Michael Lane said.

Police were called after receiving a report that a man with a gun was possibly threatening his wife, Lane said.

Police arrived and detained Agregado during their investigation. Agregado was arrested at 2:25 p.m. when the homeowner pointed out a bag containing a gun that Agregado left in the kitchen, Lane said.

Agregado, who listed his occupation as a limo driver, was booked into Marin County Jail on two counts each of threatening a crime to terrorize and grand theft of a firearm. His bail was set at $50,000, according to jail records.
