A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of carjacking a man at gunpoint in Antioch on Thursday evening, police said. Officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident in the area of Garrow Drive and Sweeney Road around 6 p.m. Around the same time, police dispatch received reports of shots fired in the 2800 block of Stamm Drive and that the suspect had fled.
