Police Officer Rescues Kitten Beaten, Dragged and Drugged on Heroin


James Myers was arrested by Chester County, Pennsylvania police and charged the district attorney’s office with alleged animal cruelty. (story continued below video newscast)

The district attorney’s office reports that when a police officer stopped Myers he found a 8-to-10 week old kitten hanging underneath the car with a rope around it’s neck, teeth knocked out and overdosed on heroin. The officer used the anti-narcotic drug called Narcan. The drug is used to save the life of people that have overdosed on Heroin.

Meyers also allegedly had 22 bags of Heroin. He was being help in jail on $25,000 bails.
