On May 16, 2014, Jason Burr entered Cache Valley Hospital allegedly demanding to see a doctor and saying “Someone is going to die today” when he was confronted by a security guard.
He allegedly brandished two handguns when was confronted by two parole agents that were guarding an inmate being treated at the hospital.
One of the agents fired three shots at Burr after he refused to drop his guns and pointed them.
