Nicholas Wig was arrested by South St. Paul police after he allegedly checked his Facebook page on the victim’s home computer and then forgot to log off before leaving.
Wig was wearing Wood’s watch when he found him. Police arrested him at the scene.
He could face up to 10 years in prison and $20,000 in fines if convicted.
