Officials are asking the public to help identify the robbers that struck two separate banks in San Jose on Monday.
Police released the images of a man they say was involved in one of the robberies. It was the first for two robberies that occurred only hours apart.
The suspect in the photo walked into a bank at at 12:27 p.m. located in the 2800 block of The Villages Parkway. The suspect entered the lobby, demanded money from the teller, then fled on foot. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult, 20s, 5-11, and 250 lbs.
Earlier in the day at 9:14 a.m., a suspect armed with a handgun entered a bank 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue and brandished the weapon to the teller. The suspect fled in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was described as an unknown race male, last scene wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt and gray jeans, 6 feet tall and 190 lbs.
The bank robberies may or may not be associated.
