A man found stabbed to death in San Francisco’s Mission District on Monday night has been identified as Peter Myles, according to the medical examiner’s office. Myles was found unresponsive at 9:49 p.m. Monday in the 2900 block of 16th Street. He had been stabbed and was pronounced dead the scene, police said. Police did not have any suspect information available in the case as of this morning.
