Edric Carr shot and killed in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill on Connecticut Street

A man shot and killed in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood Tuesday morning has been identified, according to the medical examiner’s office. Edric Carr, 24, of San Francisco, was found suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body just before 10 a.m.

Tuesday in the 1000 block of Connecticut Street at the Potrero Terrace housing projects. Carr was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. Police did not have any suspect information in the shooting as of this morning.
