Marin County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 5/6/14

On June 1, 2014 at about 2:05pm, Marin County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on South Ridgewood Road in Kentfield for a residential burglary in progress. While enroute to the call, the reporting party stated that two black males were leaving the area in a red Lexus. Deputies arrived at the residence and determined that the residence had been ransacked.

Additional deputies were in the area checking for the suspects and located the red Lexus as it was travelling on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, however the driver failed to yield. Deputies followed the vehicle as it continued southbound HWY 101 into Mill Valley. The driver and passenger fled the vehicle as it entered the neighborhood of De Silva Island in Mill Valley. After an extensive search, the driver and passenger were not located.

During the course of the investigation Larry Bradford Jr. and Quinshawn Gowans have been identified as persons of interest in the burglary. Below are photos of Bradford and Gowans.
