Man Attacks Georgia Courthouse, Shoots Deputy in Shootout Caught on Camera

A sheriff’s deputy was shot at a courthouse in north Georgia’s Forsyth County during an intense gun battle.  Forsyth County Sheriff Duane Piper says suspect Dennis Marx was shot and killed.

According to Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office,  suspect Dennis Marx was shot and killed after he attacked the courthouse in Cumming, Georgia.

Deputies say he had explosives and appeared ready to take hostages. His home may be booby-trap.
