Kelly Robin Brown, 62 allegedly tried to sell the drug out of his ice cream truck, Brentwood

An Oakley man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession and transportation of methamphetamine after he allegedly tried to sell the drug out of his ice cream truck, Brentwood police said today. Police said officers responded around 3 p.m. to the 200 block of Mountain View Drive after receiving a complaint from a 30-year-old man who said Kelly Robin Brown, 62, tried to sell him methamphetamine when the man ordered ice cream. Officers located Brown in a nearby parking lot and arrested him. He was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. Police said there were no children involved in the incident.
