Oakland Police Ask For Help In Identifying Man Who Robbed Metropcs Store

Oakland police today released a photo of a man who allegedly robbed a MetroPCS store late last month and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

The armed robbery occurred at about 5:20 p.m. on April 30 at the cellphone store at 5131 Telegraph Ave.

The suspect was described as a black man around 25 to 30 years old who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and was wearing a black beanie, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, sunglasses and gloves, police said.
