Fresno Police Department news release regarding a Bulldog gang member wanted for Homicide

On May 2, 2014, at approximately 12:15 am, Northeast patrol officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 2200 block of N. First Street. Officers located a victim of a gunshot wound in a nearby alley. The victim, later identified as Phillip Poe , 42 years-old, was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personnel.

Homicide Detectives John Viveros and Justin Hoagland responded to the scene and later identified East Side Bulldog gang member Matthew Porraz, 21-years-old, as the suspect responsible for the murder.
