Samuel Edwards indicted for kidnapping and murder of a University of West College student Toyal Jackson, 22, Carroll County, Ga. She was takes outside a Walmart in October of 2000. They later found her body at water treatment plant. Edwards was in jail on unrelated charges and allegedly had been bragging about the murder.

In 2000 there was a sketch of the suspect that was put together by witnesses of the kidnapping. Emma Jackson the victims mother though relived still wants to know why ? Her father Gene Jackson explains she was a was a senior, seeking a degree in early childhood education. He said she was a role model for others.
