Authorities are looking for a 3-year-old girl who was abducted from her mother’s car in Fresno County.
Huron police say around 7:45 p.m. Sunday, Tanya Ruiz and her mother were about to go to the store when the mom ran back into their apartment at 10th and O streets to grab her wallet. When she came out, her daughter was missing from her car seat.
Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies and the California Highway Patrol are helping look for the girl across the city.
Ruiz is about 3 feet tall, weighs 33 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown shirt with flowers on it and jean shorts.
Officers say an anonymous source told them that they saw a Hispanic man with long hair riding a bicycle with the small child. That person said the man jumped
