Michael Starkey a Florida soldier has alleged squatter Julio Oritz move into his home while on deployment

Michael Starkey a Florida soldier, said a man he paid ; Julio Oritz to do repairs on his home when he was called for duty moved into his home. The soldier is upset and his wife went with police to have the alleged squatters removed and they told them it is a civil matter. Ortiz said he is not going to leave. Starkey brings up a good point if he moved into a house when no one is there and changes the lock would they need a court order to move him out ?
