San Rafael police have identified a third suspect in the shooting of a man in a downtown restaurant last month. Daniel Rivera Vazquez, 26, of San Rafael, is wanted for attempted murder of a 31-year-old man who was shot in Pa’s Mexican and Filipino Cuisine on March 1, police spokeswoman Margo Rohrbacher said. The victim suffered grievous injuries and is still hospitalized, Rohrbacher said.
On Tuesday, Christian Fernando Moran, 19, and Victor Alexis Deleon, 20, both of San Rafael, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and conspiracy.
A gunman entered the crowded restaurant on B Street around 1 a.m., walked up to the man and shot him several times. Patrons described the suspect as a Hispanic man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
Vazquez is known as “Tears” because he has three tear drop shaped tattoos under his left eye, Rohrbacher said. He is 5 feet 8 inches, 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately, Rohrbacher said.
